We do not provide specific content, and data is entered by our users. You have sole responsibility for the accuracy, quality, reliability, and backup of any information that you put in. We are never responsible or liable for any possible loss or failure to store or retrieve your entries.

We adhere to the strict guidelines of Apple's End User License Agreement - and you are subject to the rules set forth in the App Store terms of service. Apple Inc. has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any specific maintenance or services with respect to this application. In the event of our failure to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple Inc. to receive a refund of the purchase price, if any - and thereupon Apple Inc. has no other obligation whatsoever.

We do not endorse, guarantee, warrant or recommend any product or service contained in advertising that may appear on this application - and under no circumstances shall we be liable for any damages - incidental or consequential. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless our service from any claim, demand, loss or expense arising out of your violation of these terms and conditions.

All code is the property of Healthbook LLC - and it is protected under applicable copyright and patent laws. Any unauthorized use or distribution of this application is strictly prohibited without our expressed written approval. In the event of a third party claim of infringement of intellectual property, Apple Inc. has no responsibility for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of such claim.

Your device provides for the use of password, touch ID, or facial recognition protection. However, we cannot guarantee that such security measures cannot be breached and that your information may be viewed by others. The sharing of any information is the sole responsibility of you.

You hereby acknowledge that you have read Apple's End User License Agreement and you accept its terms and conditions - and that as a third party beneficiary thereof, Apple Inc. has the right to enforce the Agreement. You further agree that any cause of action related to this application shall be filed within one year after such claim arose and shall be governed by the jurisdiction of courts in the State of New Jersey. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid in any jurisdiction, then that provision shall be deemed ineffective but shall have no effect on the enforceability of remaining provisions.
